About the Authors

Pradhyuman Singh Lakhawat is a faculty member at Joseph School of Business Studies, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj (Allahabad), India. He holds a doctorate degree in management in the area of marketing and pharmaceutical sales. He has earned his MBA degree (gold medalist) from SHUATS and has also qualified UGC NET in management. He has over 7 years of experience in teaching the management subjects. Pradhyuman Singh has published two books and 22 research articles in national and international journals. In the industry-academia interaction domain, Pradhyuman Singh has carried out projects with organisations like Baidhyanath Ayurved Bhawan and Saffron Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in India.

Poonam Singh is a faculty member at Department of Commerce, Joseph School of Business Studies and Commerce, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj (Allahabad), India. She holds a doctorate degree in management in the area of human resource management and pharmaceutical sales. She has earned her MBA degree from SHUATS and has also qualified UGC NET-JRF in management. She has over 4 years of experience in teaching the management subjects. Poonam Singh has published two books and 16 research articles in national and international journals of high repute. She has also accomplished projects with Baidhyanath Ayurved Bhawan, Techno Pharma and Panacea Biotech in India.
